Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
- ½ cup almond milk (or water)
- 1 sliced frozen banana (or fresh banana with ice)
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Can be frozen to an ice cream popsicle by pouring into molds and freezing.
